This fleecy jacket has pockets, four buttons on the front (colored to match fabric), has cuffs, and bottom of jacket has band.  The fleecy fabric is locally made in Melbourne, is low pill and is considered the "rolls royce" of fleecy.  The scarf is not included in the price.  The jacket displayed is in mid blue.
