Returns policy

How to return:

- You can return within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Items must be in original condition with all labels and tags still attached.

When returning items:

- Please contact us either via email or telephone as this will enable us to reserve the style you require for the exchange.

- Affix sufficient postage. Should the postage be insufficient, we will need to charge you the difference.

All returns and exchanges will be charged the standard or priority postage based on your preference.

Payment methods

Payment by credit card
Please note a surcharge of 2% will be charged for credit card holders, per transaction.

Paying by cheque
Include your name and phone number on the back of the cheque. Items will be posted out once, cheque has cleared. Cheques to be made payable to “Christopher Kay Clothing”.

Direct debit
Banking details will be made available upon request.

Postage and handling

All orders are sent via normal mail unless otherwise specified by you. Should you opt not to have your order sent registered, Christopher Kay Clothing will not be held responsible for any missing/lost articles during transit.
